如何参赛 How to Participate
主办单位将提供填色图纸，参赛者只需在填色图纸上自由发挥他们的彩色和创意能力。
The organizer will provide colouring paper, and contestants only need to unleash their potential in colouring and creativity.
规则 Rules
所有参赛者需要自备颜料，如蜡笔、颜色笔等等。
All contestants need to bring their own paints, such as crayons, colour pencils etc.
参赛者报名免费。Free registration for participants.
评审团的决定乃最终决定，任何异议恕不受理。The decision of the judges will be final and any objections will not be entertained.

如何参赛 How to Participate
主办方仅提供一张空白A4 贺卡，参赛者需现场自由创作。
The organizer will ONLY provide blank A4 greeting card paper, and contestants may create freely on site.
规则 Rules
所有参赛者需要自备所需颜料及材料，如：木颜笔、蜡笔、马克笔、颜色纸/纸卡、胶水、剪刀，双面胶不等。
All contestants are required to bring painting materials, such as: colour pencils, crayons, markers, colour paper/card, glue, scissors, double-sided tape, etc.
参赛者报名免费。Free registration for participants.
评审团的决定乃最终决定，任何异议恕不受理。The decision of the judges will be final and any objections will not be entertained.

如何参赛 How to Participate
参赛的家长与孩子需提前设计及装饰好迷你花车，并在卫塞节当天带来现场。花车可用孩子的脚踏车、电动玩具车、儿童摩托车、三轮车和滑板车来设计。
Parents and children participating in the competition need to design and decorate the mini float in advance and bring it to the venue on Wesak Day. Floats can be designed with children's bicycles, electric toy cars, children's motorcycles, tricycles and scooters.

一组最多只能6人参赛。A maximum of 6 people can participate in a group.
